Thank you for visiting and shopping at our online store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute Weaves Floral online store purchasing and shipping policy.

    DELIVERY CHARGES (Other Emirates)

AED 150 standard delivery charge is applicable to all Other Emirates irrespective of the order value.

  Multiple Delivery Charge

Multiple deliveries for one single order will be charged AED 50 per location.

Kindly note due to high demand and capacity occasionally, some slots maybe unavailable. For urgent orders and deliveries, you can contact us on +971 56 685 3838.

Flower arrangements

For same day delivery: Within Dubai orders, order processing time is maximum of 3 hours. For orders outside Dubai and orders are received after 5pm of that day it will be scheduled for next day delivery.

Pre-ordered deliveries: All deliveries will be made between 9am and 8pm. We aren’t able to guarantee an exact hourly slot but we’ll try and get to you as early as we can.

Due to the vulnerability and quality of the fresh products used, we will not be able to provide a refund.

In an event that you were unhappy with the condition of the fresh flowers that was delivered to you, we can replace it with a fresh one subject to evaluation and on case to case basis.

Kindly keep in mind flowers are a perishable product, different flower varieties have different life spans, and can be more delicate compared to other flower species.

A good after care is important to increase the longevity of your flowers. Should your flowers perish within 48 hours of their delivery date and we are satisfied that all care instructions provided have been followed, Weaves will be happy to resend a new bunch of flowers or issue a refund.

Weaves Floral reserves the right to request photographs of the original bunch of flowers to verify this information. The photos must be clear to view the product. External controls such as weather, where you place your bunch in your home, can impact the life span of the flowers.

When preparing every bunch, we undertake a quality control check prior to the flowers leaving the studio to ensure the highest quality.

Weaves Floral requires that any dissatisfaction with the flowers be communicated to our team within 48 hours of the delivery date.

If you cannot show proof of photographs within 48 hours of the original delivery date, Weaves Floral reserves the rights to not issue a refund or replacement bunch.

If the recipient receives damaged or sub-standard flowers, please contact us immediately so we can arrange the following a resend on the next available delivery date or a full refund.

We will, at our discretion, consider issues raised after the 48 hours deadline but reserve the right to refuse the options of refunding or resending another bunch. If a refund or redelivery has been approved, this will be done at our earliest convenience – usually within 24-48 hours.

Refunds are processed via their original payment method and can take up to 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
